How do others create a record for a couple rather then entering the couple as two individuals ?

We enter the individuals then use a program to separate the clinical documents. This way you can also do individuals with other clinicians. Ex. Husband sees Dr. A  Wife sees Dr. B and both see Dr. B for marriage counseling.
