For a H2015 UA code, what would you put for the place of service? I've had it office, telehealth, etc. and MN DHS will not cover

On a regular claim H2015 we do not bill with a modifier .

The UA modifier is for CTSS codes and on the other add- on crisis codes 90839 or 90840
