two appointments in one day for same client
Has anyone had the same client require two separate calendar appointments in the same day? If so, how where you able to document both sessions as separate appointments?

Both claims should have the Same Day modifier 59 and be sent to insurance in the same batch. Different insurances will have different rules on same day appts. For ex, the CPT code may have to be different for each appt.
