RE-OPENING THIS ISSUE: : UBH/Medica Claims and ERAs

UBH/Medica claims/ERA's have once again stopped showing up. I, and other users, haven't received them since 5/18.

Our claims are showing up as sent as well as of 5/18/17 also no ERAs received.
