I think I've asked them before and they told me no, must be licensed.
I just got a response back from HealthEZ. On most plans a non-licensed provider can bill under supervision.
It's plan specific? so we have to call on each client?

We call all payers prior to seeing a client, if it is a commercial plan. That way, we can let the client know what to expect as far as their coverage, and make payment agreements up front. Most of our staff bill under a supervisor.
