KNOWN ISSUES: Some customers are experiencing speed issues

Some customers are reporting speed issues right now in Procentive. It is still unclear how many customers are being impacted. We are investigating this problem right now and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

We submitted a ticket on this and for us, it was limited to Internet Explorer and we could not log in at all. Could log in via Chrome - for what it's worth in case anyone else is having similar issues, it may help to try other browser.

More comments and tickets are coming in, so it appears that more customers are being impacted. We are still researching the cause on our end. Hope to have more info soon.

We believe we have found the source of the problem, and are continuing to work to make sure the system returns to normal. Speed appears to be returning to normal. We will update this post again once we are confident the issue is fully resolved.
