UCare Remittance
Hello - I'm curious if anyone has received a UCare remittance since late December. I understand payments were delayed, but their portal states a payment would be received the first week of January. Our facility has not received a payment. Anyone receiving payments? Thanks.

No have not received remittance from UCare. I spoke with them yesterday at great length. Anything from 2025 is not being paid right now. They are in Rehabilitation from Ramsey County court. What UCare told me is it could be 12-18 months or could be in a month, depends on fast the court system works. Anything from 2026 is getting paid, they would not tell me how long remittance will take to get approved and funded.

You are welcome! Yes I was on hold for a good 45 minutes and got lucky enough for them to answer. I was also lucky enough for someone with compassion that shared all the information. She personally feels really bad about what is happening. If I hear anymore I will attach to this thread.
The link also provides some clarification. Not great news at all for MN Ucare providers.
