checking claim status indicator
I was told by a Medical Assistance rep that we need to have a claim status of 16 when billing a Medicare Advantage plan to MA...I am not sure how to make this happen...ideas or suggestions???

From that last thread on this topic, it looks like we have to ticket Procentive to make this happen for us. I have this on my list of things to do (because I just re-read that thread and saw her comment where she said she had "procentive make this happen", or some thing like that.) Note to Procentive- can you make this an automatic feature so we don't all have to ticket you?
Sorry should have said claim filing status of 16 - but same diff. I am not able to submit tickets but will ask my manager.
