issue with appt info panel after last nights update

This morning we realized that the info panel  on the right side of the appointment module no longer populated client info when you click on an appointment.  This was not happening yesterday so I assume last night's update caused the issue?

To help resolve the issue, please have each staff follow these steps:

  1. Login to Procentive
  2. Select Appointments Module
  3. Click "Configure" link found in the sidebar under the miniature calendar
  4. Select the "Options" tab
  5. Uncheck "My Tasks Due"
  6. Save
  7. Refresh the Appointments Module page

We’re also working on this internally to ensure it’s addressed appropriately and doesn’t recur. Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to maintaining the reliability of our services.

I just received some emails regarding this issue.  I dont have "My Tasks Due" checked.  Is there another resolution? Ive checked it and unchecked, refreshed and logged out with no change.
