Primary COB not traveling on MA 2ndary claims

The 2ndary claims stopped rejecting.....but now the primary insurance COB isn't travelling on the MA 2ndary claims so MA denies for missing primary COB- when the COB is populated. Ahh!! help

Procentive is having so many issues lately that are a huge impact to businesses running efficiently hopefully they can pull it together. Definitely not the same Procentive software that we signed up for--every time they sell it off to another vendor, we have more and more issues. Thank you for the heads up in yet another issue.

After I wrote this, I did a deep dive and the claim data said MA was P (Primary), even tho it was ordered as 2ndary in Payers tab. I changed the MA settings in client's acct to True 2ndary: yes and resent. The claim data then had an S on it (for secondary). Maybe this will solve the problem. Just weird that I've never had to do this in the last 12 years I've worked in Procentive.
