Billing module, Payer summary

When submitting claims in the billing module, the insurances (primary and secondary) are no longer listed in the payer summary column. I'm trying to submit secondary claims, and when I open the individual insurance, there is nothing in the payer summary so I have to look at each individual line to make sure the EOB information is included for the primary insurance. When did this change? Does anyone else have this issue?

HI yes, we are experiencing the same issue. I did a ticket this morning to hopefully get an answer on this.

I have given this to our development team to review on the back end and get this fixed to display correctly. In the meantime, you can still view the other payers by double-clicking on the line to open the service line and review as you have done in the screenshot provided. This field seems to be only for display purposes and should not have any effect on your billing.

It was last Wednesday (after their update) that we noticed the same thing and also submitted a ticket for it with the same response Hailey got.    Very time consuming to have to look at each line which is not practical at all - so hopefully they fix this soon. 

They seem to be having a lot of issues as of late and timeline seems long for fixes. It's good to know they are working on it :) Thank you for the information.
