How to search claims???
Does anyone know how to search for a specific claim with just the claim ID number. The claim number usually starts with PR11.... I received a list of take backs from UCare with no information but the claim ID and amount. I was hoping I would be able to search in the ERA module but only the batch ID numbers are listed, not the individual claim.

In the payments module, if you pull up any client, you can enter that PR # in the claim # and hit enter. It takes a few seconds but it should pull up that claim

You can also use the 1510 Report as that also shows the claim number on it.
