Could this be resulting in other modules being slow to load as well? I have had a few staff reach out regarding connectivity and loading issues and we do not use the ePrescribing module.

We are struggling with other modules as well... it just spins and spins.
NewCrop has completed the updates and performance is restored. They will be monitoring the system closely over the next 24 hours.
