Attention Procentive Customers:


We would like to inform you that we will be conducting maintenance on our systems tonight on June 12th at 10:00 PM CST/11:00 PM EST. Users may experience a brief interruption but should be able to resume normal activity afterwards.


This maintenance is necessary to ensure that our systems are running at their optimal performance and to provide you with the best possible experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.


If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our care team by submitting a case to Procentive through our new Therapy Brands Community Portal.

As the end users- do you think it would be possible for Procentive to provide an update of what the maintenance consists of so we are aware of changes and can maybe provide input of what isn't right sooner rather than later so we don't have a system that is impacting our daily operations. From my past experience with other types of large entities outside of the medical field, updates were given as to what was actually being updated/maintained so the IT people in charge of the software changes and implementation of changes knew the impacts if any, sooner rather than later.  I apologize if this is located somewhere, but I haven't found anything.   Thanks for your consideration of this.
