Theralink for Family Sessions

We just started using Theralink and are having trouble with family sessions (family members in different locations).  We schedule the appointment as a group with each client's email address.  The link is sent out, but when the clients attempt to join the session, only one client is allowed in the session.  Has anyone else had this problem? I've read all of the Knowledge Hub articles and can't figure out why we're having this issue.  Thanks in advance for any insight!

We are looking into this- curious your overall experience with this? We would be transitioning from zoom.
