Does anyone know where I could find some documents supporting being able to bypass billing commercial insurance but billing PMAP or MA directly for ARMHS services H2017?

I don't know that we have ever needed to show documentation to PMAP/MA entities regarding commercial insurance not covering these H-codes. We have always just billed directly to them and they have processed; they just know commercial plans do not cover ARMHS.
