Is anyone experiencing a significant disruption in the payments for substance use disorder? We would be very interested in comparing notes on the experience.

Last month we had several room and board claims that were suspended. Found it was due to an internal IMD status update that the state made. Made adjustments to our process to ensure these forms went out right away and that seems to of released most of the claims for payment.
I've had no problem with my program's claims. Did you check MNITS to see if they were processed? Have you gotten an ERA at all with denials? Also, check your electronic module to see if a batch had errors, or didn't go through.
