Is anyone willing to share how they amend records in Procentive. Do you unlock the form? Copy it and amend? I cant figure out how to do a strikethrough in charting so also curious how you note what part is to be amended?

We make a copy of the document and label it as the addendum so the original is still there. Hope this helps a bit!
