Ticketing Module 04/19/2021
Just wondering if anyone it having trouble with the ticketing module? I do not see anything noted in the Updates, so wanted to reach out to see if I should call Procentive - or if it is system wide I will just wait.

I am getting an error message when I try to check a new ticket. It must be a Procentive problem.

Thank you, both! I will not contact them (I can't ticket them) but will wait to see if it is mentioned in the Updates link.
I have sent a ticket to them , they are working on the problem .
I didn't think I could - with it being down. Thank you for doing that!
