Is there a form in Procentive that is specific for documenting phone calls and responses.

Yes, we have a form titled Documentation of Telephone call -- it was part of our initial documentation set up package when we signed on with Procentive.

Do you have access to the Sandbox?

I've tried to access the Sandbox and can't figure how to do that.  Any tips?

Procentive has to give you a login for it, I think.  Mine, instead of the usual, is sandbox.smartin, so that's the naming convention for user names.
