Is anyone Billing Crisis Services for Mobile Crisis Outreach (MCO) Services to Commercial Insurance? If so, what codes are you using to bill and which insurance companies are paying?

I have a similar question in that we need to bill a 60 minute crisis and an addon 60 minute crisis extra time.
