Clients Scheduling through Client Portal

Good Morning!

Is anyone using this feature?  Allowing clients to schedule their appointments through the client portal?  How is it working? Are there any problems?

We only allow clients to REQUEST appointments via portal at this time - then our schedulers approve or deny the requests.  This gives us the opportunity to review the record for number of appts already scheduled, no-show history, financial status, etc. before approving or denying. This balance works well for us - clients are empowered to reach out for services, but allows some control on our end.
