Does anybody use Procentive to track clients needing to be scheduled for intakes? If so how do you do it?
One method we use is to assign Program Codes to clients depending on where they are in the referral process. We can then filter our client lists by these program codes and follow up on the referrals accordingly.
We have created bogus staff for our various locations, and put 'NS' in front of the last name of the 'Not Scheduled' client. This way, staff are able to see how long the wait list is, and they are also able to let other agencies know that we have received their referral and are waiting to schedule, if asked as to the scheduling status.
