Sorry if asked and answered but which form triggers the signed release for billing purposes.
If you get the error saying there is no release on file, you just forgot change the box.
Go to your client page. Under all the client's information, there is a yellow box that probably says "No Release on File". If there is one in the dashboard, change that box to say, "Signed Release on File" and put the signatures next to it. That should be why it is giving you issues while billing.
Yes you need to make those changes on the client page, but you should first have a signed Financial form from them.
So there is no form on the kiosk that automatically completes this when the client electronically completes the forms?
