Has anyone noticed that Procentive is not as responsive to tickets these days?
Mb it's just me. Or, maybe the working from home thing is taking it's toll. :(

I have not noticed a lag. Have you reached out to your Procentive Rep? Maybe their schedule has changed, and they aren't working "normal" hours anymore, so aren't able to check tickets until evening? This working from home has sure changed when I am able to communicate with even our own agency staff due to being home and kids' schedules having to be considered. Hope you are able to come to a good solution!
