My staff state wide are reporting clinical charting issues, and the "Ok" button not being able to be selected from the clinical/charting pick list window. Some of the issues they are having are able to be resolved by switching from Internet Explorer to Chrome. But, several staff are still having issues with client signatures saving, even in Chrome. I've submitted a help ticket to Procentive; wondering if anyone is experiencing the same today.
