Hello

Is anyone else having problems with DX F43.89? When billing a Medicare Replacement plan such as UCare?

I am getting this error

 "the DX is inconsistent with the procedure".

This has happened with more than one client - I usually ask the therapist to change to another appropriate DX for billing and documentation.

I know that F4.89 is an active 2025 ICD-10-CM code.

Thoughts?
