NO ACCESS TO PROCENTIVE DATABASES - URGENT
Procentive,
I have no method of communication to you alerting you I have NO access to the databases I work with.
I believe this is due to the Super User Edits.
Please help resolve this asap.

I looked in my staff profile and my password has been removed, so it makes sense why I'm not able to log in using that password.
I have staff who are working in school districts who are not able to utilize Procentive. I have directed them to contact the district IT person, in the buildings where they are working. Could they be blocking Procentive - at the school districts? I did send my staff the Procentive IP address I have - 66.179.249.115 - is this correct? Please let me know if I should be giving them any additional information, to forward to their district/building IT people. Thank you!
