Telehealth is coming to Procentive
Telehealth is coming to Procentive through our family of brands and we want to know how you and your agency will utilize this new feature! System and Faxing Issues?
We have been having some issues with Procentive today. I'm not sure if it is our wonderful internet connect or if Procentive is having problems. We have been getting crazy errors when faxing things and our system is freezing up on us. Anyone else having problems? I tried to do a chat, but it just sits there. No response.
Procentive running slow
Is Procentive running slow for anyone else? Several reports from staff and own experience that it is taking forever to log in or switch modules.
Procentive Issues?
Is anyone having issues staying logged into Procentive today? I have been kicked out a few times and I have staff that can't seem to get in.
Server down?
There isn't anything on the live updates page and we can' get into Procentive to send a ticket. We have an 8 hour class starting in 10 minutes and can't take credit card payments or check people in.
Errors and can't login
I can't get back into Procentive to send a ticket but I was kicked out after extra, error tabs opening. Others in my company are also experiencing errors
Trouble logging in to procentive
We have a lot of in-home staff that are having issues logging into procentive from their laptops at home. Is this an issue that anyone else is having?

As of 1 am (central time) we went live, and you can log into Procentive once again.
Please keep an eye out for future updates and be mindful that you may encounter periods of slowness or issues as the improved system warms up.

Extended Maintenance Window
We regret to inform you that the scheduled maintenance window will need to be extended for an additional 14 hours. This means the system will now be ready for you to access closer to June 23rd at 8 am CST.
Please continue to check back here for updates with more information on when you can anticipate accessing the system. We will notify you should the system be available sooner.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have made great progress but we want to ensure a smooth transition. This is a critical cut over and must be handled with the utmost care.
