KNOWN ISSUES -- Error in Billing with client first and last name

Kevin Holmes 8 years ago in Known Issues updated by Jessica Sommerfeld 8 years ago 1

Procentive is throwing an error when checking claims in the billing module. The error says the client's first name, and last name cannot be empty. This is occurring even though the client's name is entered correctly in the client module. We are working to resolve this problem and will update this post as soon as the issue is resolved.

KNOWN ISSUES: MN MA Eligibility and Claims Intermittent

Jessica Sommerfeld 8 years ago in Known Issues updated 8 years ago 1

DHS (MN MA) has been having intermittent system issues today, resulting in some claims to come back with "No Response" status' in the Electronic module and eligibility requests to come back with errors. We are working with DHS to determine how long this will be an issue and they're working on resolving it as well.

DHS has stated that they've resolved both the eligibility and claims errors. You may submit eligibility as needed. Any claims that are listed with a status of "No Response" in the Electronic Module should be reviewed before resending to DHS. Please click on the Batch report link, if there is a 999 file listed at the top with a "(no errors)" then you do not need to resend, however if you do not see a 999 file, please resend the batch/invoice to DHS.

KNOWN ISSUES: Explanation of performance issues from earlier today (1/5/2017)

Kevin Holmes 8 years ago in Known Issues updated by Jessica Sommerfeld 8 years ago 1

Hello everyone,

The speed and error issues that customers experienced today, beginning at approximately 9:30 a.m., were caused by a problem with one of our mirroring databases. This resulted in the "Too Many Connections" error that was seen throughout the system. Initial steps to fix the problem were partially effective and resulted in spotty availability until the issue was fully resolved at approximately 12:30 p.m. today.

More specifically, the mirror database encountered a corrupt bit in a log. As a result, it performed a soft re-start and appeared to be functional, but it was not. Our normal checking process was not triggered by these particular circumstances, and so the source of the problem was not immediately clear. Once we identified the real issue, we were able to take the problem-database out of rotation. We are currently performing maintenance on this database.
Now that we've identified the source of the problem, we will be able to alert on it and prevent similar performance issues from occurring in the future.

We again apologize for the inconvenience that these issues have had on you and your staff today. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Known Issues: Units issue in Time/Add

Kevin Holmes 8 years ago in Known Issues updated 8 years ago 2

In the Time module, Add window, Individual view, if the Units field is completed prior to the Start/End time or Hours fields, the Hours field no longer auto calculates based on the number of Units entered. We're working to resolve this and hope to have this fully resolved by Thursday, December 22.

KNOWN ISSUES: Real time eligibility is down for MA

Although MN-ITS is operational, real-time eligibility is down for MN MA. Until the state of MN resolves this issue, the eligibility module will not work in Procentive for MN MA and other PMAP payers. Once the state fixed the problem, we will update this post.
