KNOWN ISSUE - Time Module

Issue: In the Time module, when entering service lines staff may receive pop up errors indicating that a rate could not be found. Assuming there is a rate entered for the code and payer, the service lines are saving correctly and errors are not appearing on the service line.


This issue is being worked on now and should be resolved shortly.

This issue has been resolved. If you do see any further instances of this problem, please clear your history/cache. If the problem persists, then send a ticket to the Procentive Help Desk with the details (the staff, client number, DOS and code for the service line that is receiving the error).
